We all want to live consciously and feel balanced, in harmony. Sometimes we need a little support. The Being Well Library from Even Being offers carefully curated guided experiences, 3 to 90 minutes, layered with soft guideance and suggestions to support you. New content is added regularly.

Sometimes you just want a simple reset. For when you only have time for a sip, options less than five minutes are at your fingertips. And when you're ready to go deeper, The Being Well Library meets you there. These resources are supported with easy-to-follow guides and optional access to personalized one-on-one support all along the way. Content is available via laptop or app and includes video, audio, plus some downloadable forms.
