Trying to find balance in what can feel like an unbalanced world? Seeking some support, whenever you need it, to live more consciously? The Being Well Library offers curated guided experiences, 3 to 90 minutes, layered with soft guidance and suggestions to support you.

The quickest way out of your mind is into your body. And breath is the great connector between mind and body. The resources provided are experiential - so you can move into the body, breath, and feel, at the same time calming the mind. Experiences include I AM Yoga Nidra, I AM Yoga Therapy and Postures of Being class recordings, plus shorter guided experiences to move into breath and body.
