Even Being LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates The Being Well Library mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

We collect minimal information to provide you with the best experience:

Subscription Information: When you subscribe to Being Well, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. Apple and Google handle all payment processing under their own privacy policies.

Anonymous Device Identifier: We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier to your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information.

No Account Required: Our app does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use the app or subscribe.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, health data, browsing history, contacts, photos, or any other personal information through the app. If you choose to contact us via the Connect button in the app, your email app will open and any email you send is governed by your email provider's privacy policy.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

Bunny.net — for video and audio content delivery. Bunny.net's privacy policy is available at https://bunny.net/privacy.

Airtable — for content management. Airtable's privacy policy is available at https://airtable.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy

Our app is rated for ages 4+ and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users.

Data Security

Since we do not collect personal data, there is minimal data to protect. Subscription verification is handled securely through RevenueCat's encrypted systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
